Data Retention, Deletion & Account Closure Policy

1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to site accounts, dashboard data, API records, and Customer Content controlled by ModelRush. Read it with the Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, applicable orders, and data-processing agreements. A stricter written enterprise commitment controls where it applies.2. Submit a verified request
An account owner may use an available account-closure control or email legal@modelrush.ai to request access, correction, export, or deletion. To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may verify identity and authority through the signed-in account, an organization administrator, or a billing contact.3. Deletion of Customer Content
In active systems controlled by ModelRush, we will delete applicable prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and associated content records, or make them no longer linkable to the account. Data already sent to a third-party model provider remains subject to that provider's retention and deletion rules.4. What account closure does
Closing an account ends sign-in, API-key, job, download, and team access. Export anything you need before closure. Consumed credits and non-refundable charges are not refunded because an account is closed unless purchase terms, applicable law, or a written agreement says otherwise.5. Records not deleted immediately
We may retain the minimum records needed for tax, accounting, payments, fraud prevention, security, sanctions, disputes, and other legal duties. Access is restricted, the records are not used to provide closed-account features, and they are deleted or de-identified when the applicable need ends.6. Third-party models and service providers
ModelRush passes deletion obligations to processors acting under our instructions, but cannot override data that an independent model provider lawfully retains under its own terms. Provider data practices shown in model details, an order, or the dashboard are part of selecting a route.7. Backups, logs, and de-identified data
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until the normal rotation cycle completes and will not be restored for ordinary business use. Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified information is no longer account data and may be used for security, reliability, financial reconciliation, and product analytics.8. Timing and confirmation
We respond to verified requests within the period required by applicable law and generally complete deletion from ModelRush-controlled active systems within 30 days after verification. Complex requests, legal holds, security incidents, or third-party dependencies may take longer; where applicable, we will explain the reason and updated estimate.9. Enterprise customers and end users
Organization customers generally handle requests from their end users about Customer Content. ModelRush provides reasonable assistance under the data-processing agreement, including locating request IDs, carrying out tenant-level deletion, and providing available completion records.Legal and privacy questions
