Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated August 9, 2026This policy explains prohibited uses of the ModelRush site, APIs, model routes, and generative-media features, plus the safeguards developers must provide to end users.
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to you, your team, and end users who access ModelRush through your application. You are responsible for ensuring that your integration, prompts, inputs, outputs, and downstream distribution comply with this policy, applicable law, and the rules of the selected model providers.2. Lawful use and third-party rights
Do not use the service to commit, facilitate, or conceal unlawful conduct. Do not submit, generate, or distribute material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process inputs and use outputs.3. Child safety and sexual content
Sexualized content involving minors, child exploitation or grooming, and intimate imagery created or shared without the subject's explicit consent are strictly prohibited. Age ambiguity, face swaps, editing, or stylization may not be used to evade these restrictions.4. Deception, impersonation, and synthetic media
Do not impersonate a real person or organization to defraud, extort, manipulate the public, damage a reputation, or evade identity checks. When synthetic media could reasonably be mistaken for authentic material, preserve provenance and provide clear disclosure where required by law or context.โข No fabricated government, financial, medical, or emergency communicationsโข No false evidence, scam material, or non-consensual endorsementsโข Do not remove watermarks, content credentials, or provenance markers to mislead others
5. Violence, hate, harassment, and self-harm
Do not use the service to threaten or encourage real-world violence, hatred against protected groups, sustained harassment, trafficking, self-harm, or other foreseeable serious harm. Educational, newsworthy, artistic, and safety-research contexts still require safeguards proportionate to the risk.6. Privacy, biometrics, and surveillance
Do not identify people, infer sensitive traits, build face or voiceprint databases, track location, or conduct mass surveillance without a lawful basis and appropriate notice. Do not upload unnecessary health, financial, identity, or similarly sensitive data.7. Cybersecurity and platform abuse
Do not create or distribute malware, steal credentials, automate intrusion, evade security controls, disrupt services, scrape restricted data, or otherwise harm ModelRush, model providers, or third-party systems.โข Do not share, resell, or publicly embed API keysโข Do not bypass usage, billing, regional, or safety limitsโข Do not degrade service through abusive request volume, automated accounts, or similar tactics
8. High-impact and regulated uses
Do not use unreviewed model output as the sole basis for decisions about eligibility or treatment in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, or other high-impact domains. Where such use is lawful, provide qualified human review, risk assessment, notice, and an appeal path.9. Developer and end-user safeguards
Developers offering ModelRush capabilities to end users must protect credentials, validate inputs, apply appropriate moderation and rate limits, provide a reporting channel, and retain enough information to investigate abuse. Do not expose the ModelRush API as an uncontrolled pass-through resale service.10. Enforcement, appeals, and reporting
We may limit content, request information, revoke keys, suspend or terminate accounts, and report matters where required by law or necessary to address serious danger. If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, email legal@modelrush.ai with context, relevant request IDs, and corrective actions for review.Legal and privacy questions
