Cherry LTX 2.3 Spicy launch: September 25 price comparison

We want people to be able to try another prompt, animate another image, and keep the take they actually like. To make that practical, we had friendly commercial discussions with Cherry.ai. Their support and our partnership let us offer Cherry LTX 2.3 Spicy at $0.006 per second in SD and $0.012 per second in HD. We hope you will use it often and tell us what you make.

For a concrete point of reference, Wan 3 Spicy was $0.0385/s on September 25 at 480P and $0.077/s at 720P. Each Cherry rate was about 15.6% of its paired Wan 3 rate—roughly 84.4% lower per second. This compares public prices on September 25, 2026; these are different models with different output sizes and controls, so the percentages are about cost, not equivalent results.

At launch, both outputs were portrait. Update, September 28, 2026: choose portrait or landscape for text-to-video and image-to-video. SD is 640 × 960 or 960 × 640; HD is 896 × 1344 or 1344 × 896. The price depends only on SD or HD. For image to video, the starting image is center-cropped to fit the orientation you choose.

Text-to-video and image-to-video are available now. Video extension remains unavailable for uploaded videos, so we are keeping Extend Video hidden until it supports the source videos people need.
